Pink Salmon Fry

Ingredients:
1kg Pink salmon
wheat flour
all-purpose flour
oil to fry
salt to taste
red pepper powder
garam masala powder
1tbsp turmeric powder

Method:
Marinate all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a shallow wok and carefully turn the fish upside down to cook completely.
