Indian Prawns Finger

250 gm Prawns
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp rice flour
One egg
1 tbsp red chilly powder
salt to taste
half lemon
1 tbsp coriander finely chopped.

Method:
1) Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours.
2) Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the Prawns until they are golden brown
3) Garnish with Lemon and Coriander
