1) Chicken kebab
Ingredients:
250 gm boneless chicken
Four wooden sticks to grill chicken kebab
1 Bell pepper chopped in cubes
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
salt as per taste
1/2 cup curd
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp red chilly powder
Oil for spray
1 tsp lemon juice
Method:
Marinate all ingredients except lemon juice in a glass bowl. Keep this marination for 2 hours minimum. Do not include lemon juice; else, the curd will not marinate inside chicken pieces.
Put chicken pieces and bell pepper one by one into wooden sticks.
Spray little oil on the chicken and bell pepper mixture so that kebab will roast properly.
Roast the kebab using a grill or oven for 45 minutes. Keep spraying oil at regular intervals.
Once cooked, put lemon juice on chicken kebabs.
Garnish with Coriander leave and serve hot.

2) Black Pepper Roasted Chicken
Ingredients:
250 gm boneless chicken
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
salt as per taste
1 tbsp black pepper
One cucumber chopped in ring size
One green bell pepper cut in cubes
One yellow bell pepper
One onion chopped in cubes
oil to grill
Four wooden stick to grill chicken
Method:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl with chicken.
Marinate mixture for 3 hours
Place marinated chicken, cucumber, onion pieces on the grilling wooden sticks one after another.
Grill for 40 minutes or until chicken is ready.
Serve hot with mint or coconut chutney.
3) Honey roasted chicken kebab
Ingredients:
500 gm chicken boneless
4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp honey
salt as per taste
1 tbsp red chilly powder
oil for barbeque
wooden skewer
2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
Method:
Marinate chicken with all ingredients and keep for 2-3 hours to settle honey with chicken.
Heat the barbecue or grill or pre-heat oven for 10 minutes.
Place the chicken pieces on a wooden skewer.
Grill the chicken for 20 minutes. Keep applying oil after every 5 minutes so that honey will not burn.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
4) Chicken Kebab In Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Chicken Teriyaki Sauce
1 Bell pepper chopped in a cube
250 gm chicken boneless cut into cubes
Wooden stick skewers for the grill
Method:
Marinate chicken, teriyaki sauce, and bell pepper in a bowl for a couple of hours.
Do not add salt or any other spices as teriyaki sauce already has a lot of flavors.
Put the Bell paper, chicken one after another onto skewers.
Grill pieces for 30 minutes or until the food is ready.
Note: Chicken Teriyaki is an exceptionally flavored sauce; hence, do not add any additional ingredients like salt, pepper, or chutneys.
5) Chicken Seek Kebab
Chicken Saute Platter
250 gm minced chicken
1 tbsp garam masala powder
One baby tomato
One small onion
1 tbsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
Four wooden skewers
Method:
Marinate all ingredients except tomato and onion.
Place minced chicken to wooden skewers by gently pushing around. Add little oil outside chicken.
Grill the chicken for 20 minutes. Please note, minced chicken meat gets cooked quickly than whole pieces, so please check chicken regularly; otherwise, it will get burn.
Once Cooked, put the grilled chicken on saute platter along with onion and tomato. You can add chutneys or sauce along with side chicken on the saute platter.
