Chicken lollypop

Szechuan Chicken which is a popular Indo-Chinese non vegetarian recipe. served in a plate with chilli sauce. selective focus

Ingredients:
1) 1kg Chicken lollypop pieces
2) 4 red chilly
3) 1 garlic
3)2 inch ginger
4) salt
5) 2 Eggs
6) Turmeric
7) Cornflour 4tbsp

Method
Grind ginger, garlic and red chilly and make fine paste. 
add chicken pieces, ginger garlic chilly paste and all other ingregdients.
marinate mixture for 2 hours

Head oil in wok and fry chicken pieces on medium flame until chicken is reddish brown.
