Bombay Duck fry
Ingredients:
1) Bombay duck fish 5
2)Turmeric half tbsp
3) garam masala half tbsp
4) 2tbsp wheat flour
5) 2 tbsp rice flour
6) oil for frying
7) salt to taste
Method:
1) Mix fish and all ingredients except wheat flour and rice flour and marinate for 2 hours
2) Mix wheat flour and rice flour in a bowl
3) Heat oil in a wok and wait until medium-hot
4) Dip fish in mixed flour and release in a wok for frying
5) cook until fish is cooked for about 5-10 minutes and serve hot.
