Mutton Keema Curry

1 kg Minced Goat Mutton
2-inch ginger
4 tbsp garlic
One onion
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
3 tbsp chilly powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
One tomato cut fine.
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp dried coconut
Two green chilies

Method:
1) Grind ginger, garlic, coconut, onion, green chilies
2) Heat oil in a wok, add tomato and fry until golden brown.
3) Add grind paste and all other ingredients and saute for 10 minutes.
4) Add two glasses of water and cook for 30 minutes.
Once cooked, garnish it with coriander.
