Lamb Grill Recipe
1 kg lamb
1 cup curd
4 tbsp ginger paste
4 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp red pepper powder
oil and salt to taste
Method:
Marinate lamb in curd, ginger, garlic, salt and red pepper powder for 2 hours
Heat the grill and place the lamb by brushing with oil so that it won’t stick to grill screws.
Cook until lamb soft enough to eat. Make sure to turn around while the lamb is cooking.
