Candy Corn Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1 cup of sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp salt
3 cup of all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda.
Yello, Red and Green Jelly colors

Method:

  1. Take a bowl and add a cup of sugar and butter.
  2. Once the dough is ready, then add the egg.
  3. Add a little salt and combine the mixture.
  4. Add 3 cups of flour and baking soda. Stir the batter well.
  5. Use a rolling pin to make the dough flat.
  6. Divide dough into three pieces.
  7. Add red, green, and yellow jelly color on each of these doughs.
  8. Pre-heat the oven on 180-degree Celsius along with the baking pan.
  9. Once the baking tray is ready, place each of these doughs on top of another.
  10. Bake the batter for 20 minutes on 350-degree celsius.

Ingredients:

1 cup of water
3 cups of sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Liquid food color
Three glasses
Three wooden sticks

Method

  1. Heat the water in a deep pan
  2. Add 1 cup of sugar at a time and stir the mixture well.
  3. Add a couple of drops of liquid food color in each of 3 glasses.
  4. Add vanilla essence and mix with food color.
  5. Now add dissolved glucose water in each of these glasses
  6. Place a wooden stick at the center of the glass.

1 cup of water
4 cups of sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup

Method:

  1. Heat the water in a utensil
  2. Add sugar and corn syrup.
  3. Boil the mixture for another 20 minutes on low flame or until combination, becomes thick like candy.

Ingredients:

50gm sugar powder
One orange peeled
Half tbsp olive oil or butter
Pinch of Blak salt

Method:

  1. Heat sugar in a depthless pan
  2. Add 6 tsp guar powder and stir continuously.
  3. Add little water and once sugar start to lose appearance then add olive oil
  4. After 3 minutes, add black salt. Add again little water so that sugar is caramelizing
  5. Once the bubble begins to appear, add uncovered oranges.

Ingredients:

2-3 lemons sliced
1 cup of water
3 cups of sugar

Method:

  1. Heat water in a pan and add sugar.
  2. Boil the lemon slices in another water to remove their acidity.
  3. After sugar rises to caramelize, add lemon slice.
  4. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the glucose mixture is thick.
  5. Cool down the mixture and store it in the refrigerator.
