Method: 1) Heat oil in pan and add chopped tomato and onions 2) Once onions are golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste 3) add Cauliflower and green peas 4) Add turmeric, green chillies and salt. 5) add some water and cook until green peas are cooked.
Chop the mango into fine pieces. For tamarind paste, soak 1-2
tamarinds in a bowl of water and then take the pulp out of it.

Heat oil in wok and add cumin seeds with oil. Fry the mango
mixture for 2-3 minutes until water is dried from paste.

1 tomato finely chopped
1 pack of spinach
250gms cottage cheese
salt as per taste

1tbsp garam masala powder
1) Heat oil in wok and saute onions and garlic until they are golden brown
2) add tomato, garam masala, red pepper, turmeric and saute until tomato lose
waters and become golden
3) add spinach and cottage cheese and stir continuously until cottage cheese is
soaked in curry
4) cook until spinach and cheese are well done. serve with cucumber.
