Fenugreek Leaves Vegetable dish

1 pack fenugreek leave

1 tomato chopped fine

1 onion chopped fine

1 tbsp green chilly chopped fine

3-4 garlic cloves

1 tsp cumin

oil to fry

salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat Oil in work and add all ingredients except fenugreek leaves
  2. After 5 minutes add fenugreek leaves and saute for another 5 minutes.
  3. Please do not saute for long otherwise it will taste bitter.

benefits: good for skin and kidney stone.

Cashew Chicken

Ingredients:

250gm Chicken

1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

5 cashew whole

2 green chillies

1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped fine

1 tbsp oil to fry

6-7 garlic cloves

4-5 curry leaves

1 onion chopped in cubes

salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat Wok and add oil.

2) Add all ingredients except chicken and fry until golden brown

3) Add chicken and little water.

4) cook for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked. and garnish with coriander.
