Spinach snacks

palak 200 grams
1 tsp til
1 tsp sugar as per taste
1 tsp red chilly as per taste
1/4th tsp cytric acid
3-4 cashew nuts
1/4 garilc powder
2-3 cornstarch

cuts the palak in stripss,and conflour and fr deep fry it.
then cuts the cashew nuts in strips and
add chillym, sugar, cytric acid,salt 1/5 tsp,garlic power and and grind in mixer. then fry palak
and add the masala in that. and alsoa add cashew nuts.
til should be fried

then sever with lemon and tomatos and green chilly.
