Pink Salmon Fry

1kg Pink salmon
wheat flour
all purpose flour
oil to fry
salt to tate
red pepper powder
garam masala powder
1tbsp turmeric powder

method: marinate fish in turmieric, salt, red pepper for 2 hours.
after 2 hours. heat oil in work and dip the fish pieces in all purpose and wheat flour and shallow fry in wok.
lid the wok and turn the pieces upside down after they are cooked.
serve with lemon and celery
