
1 kg boneless fish
5-6 broccoli
4tbsp ginger paste
4tbsp garlic paste
black papper as per taste
salt as per taste
method
Head oil in wok
add ginger and garlic paste and stirr continuosly.
once ginger and garlic is cooked, add fish pieces and black pepper
add salt and cook and ads some water so that fish does not stick to pan
place the lid and cook until fish is done.
serve with lemon
