Mango Chutney

Ingredients:
1 Mango (raw)
1 garlic
1 ginger
1 tbsp tamarind paste
1 tbsp green chilly
1 coriander

Method: 
Chop the mango into fine pieces. For tamarind paste, soak 1-2 tamarinds in a bowl of water and then take the pulp out of it. 
grind ginder, garlic, green chilies and coriander and add the mixture into mango. Then add tamarind paste or pulp and soak it in for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in wok and add cumin seeds with oil. Fry the mango mixture for 2-3 minutes until water is dried from paste.
