Backpacking protein drink

Protein drink

4-5 cashew nuts
3-4 dates
1 glass milk
4-5 dried grapes

Method:
1) Warm the milk and add chop the cashew nuts, dates and dried grapes. Leave the mixture to marinate for an hour and drink. This drink is helpful while trekking as it gives extra boost to your diet.
