Instant Tuna fish

Recipe for Tuna-fish Cutlet :)

2 Tuna cans (Available at any grocery store- either the one in oil
or water)
2 medium potatoes (boiled)
1 medium big onion chopped
Chopped green chilies, and ginger
Chopped coriander leaves (dhania patta)
Garam masala powder (1tbs)
Salt as tasted
2 eggs (white part only)
Bread crumbs and oil

First peel and mesh the bolied potatoes with salt. Then mix it with
the tuna. It is better to break the chunks of tuna and mesh it as
well. Add to it the chopped onions, chilies, ginger, coriander
leaves, and the garam masala powder. Mix them all together. Add more
salt if needed.
Make cutlets with the mixture. Use the white part of egg to dip it
in and put crumbs around the cutlets. Heat oil in a pan and fry the
cutlets till it turns golden brown.
