God's rule for food during safe trekking

Everyone would like to have safe journey. Many travelers come across digestion problems like constipation, diarrhea and food poisoning. Following rules will make sure you do not have digestion problems during travelling

1) Drink Buttermilk at least once day after each meal.
2) Eat fruits during travelling in train and bus
3) Try to eat spicy food during winter season
4) Eat non-veg after gap of 2 days
5) drinks 3 liters of water every. Drink 1 and half glass of water immediately once you woke up.
6) take 1 hour of gap after eating and have short walk after each meal
