Potato Chilly

1 Potato cut in cubes
1 onion chopped fine
1 tbsp red chilly powder
oil to fry
coriander leaves for garnish

1) heat oil in wok and add chopped onions
2) saute onions until golden brown
3) Add potato and saute and keep stiring potato so that potatoes doesnt stick to wok or pan
4) Add some water and put the lid and cook until potatoes are cooked.
5) serve hot with coriander leaves for garnish
