Recipe name: QUICKIE FRUIT SHAKE

Ingredients:
1 cup natural yogurt
½ cup milk
2 medium peaches, sliced
1 cup fresh strawberries (or partially thawed frozen strawberries)
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 ice cubes

Method:

1. In a blender combine yogurt, milk, peaches, strawberries, banana, vanilla and cinnamon. Add
the ice cubes.
2. Blend 30 seconds until foamy.
3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
