1 kg chicken
1 pack of spring onion
1 bell pepper, chopped in rings
half tbsp turmeric powder
4-5 garlic cloves
1 cup yogurt
oil to fry
salt to taste
method: marinate chicken in all mentioned ingredients for 2 hours.
heat a oil in wok and add the marinated mixture and saute until cook. do not add water as yogurt will produce water when it you heat it.
serve with lemon and celery
