Mustard Sauce - Trekking recipes

1tbsp oil
1kg mustard seeds
250gm ginger paste
salt as per taste
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar

saute mustard seeds in pan directly so that they are good for grinding. Grind mustard seeds. Add rest of the ingredients in mustard seeds and store them in cool. Sauce will long for 6 months.
