Roasted rabbit at hiking

Roasted rabbit

1kg Skined Rabbit
4tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
black papper
3 tbsl oil
4 tbsp lemon juice
aluminium foil or mud utensil enough to fit rabbit.

Method: clean skinned rabbit. Do not make pieces yet. Mix all ingredients above and marinate for 2 hours. wrap aluminium so that it will cover entire rabbit or place the rabbit inside mud utensil and cover it tightly . Go to outside of your tend in daylight and find a place which has 2 feet perimeter soil. dug the soil and place the utensil inside dug area and cover it with soil. keep this like 2 hour in daylight so that soil will be warm enough to cook the rabbit completely.

after 2 hours, gently pick up utensil and serve hot.
