Lamb Grill

1 kg lamb
1 cup curd
4tbsp ginger paste
4 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp red pepper powder
oil and salt to taste

method:
Marinate lamb in curd, ginger, garlic, salt and red pepper powder for 2 hours
Heat the grill and place the lamb by brushing with oil so that it won’t stick to grill screws.
cook until lamb is fully cooked. Make sure to turn around while lamb is cooking.

Mutton Keema Curry

1 kg Minced Goat Mutton
2 inch ginger
4 tbsp garlic
1 onion
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
3 tbsp chilly powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tomato chopped fine.
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp dried coconut
2 green chilies

Method: 
1) Grind ginger, garlic, coconut, onion, green chilies
2) Heat oil in wok, add tomato and fry until golden brown. 
3) Add grind paste and all other ingredients and saute for 10 minutes. 
4) Add add 2 glass of water and cook for 30 minutes.
once cooked garnish it with coriander.
