Lamb Grill

1 kg lamb
1 cup curd
4tbsp ginger paste
4 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp red pepper powder
oil and salt to taste

Marinate lamb in curd, ginger, garlic, salt and red pepper powder for 2 hours
Heat the grill and place the lamb by brushing with oil so that it won’t stick to grill screws.
cook until lamb is fully cooked. Make sure to turn around while lamb is cooking.
