Chicken Lollipop

Chicken lollypop

Ingredients:
1) 1kg Chicken lollypop pieces
2) 4 red chilly
3) 1 garlic
3)2 inch ginger
4) salt
5) 2 Eggs
6) Turmeric
7) Cornflour 4tbsp

Method
Grind ginger, garlic and red chilly and make fine paste. 
add chicken pieces, ginger garlic chilly paste and all other ingregdients.
marinate mixture for 2 hours

Head oil in wok and fry chicken pieces on medium flame until chicken is reddish brown.

Cauliflower and green peas

Cauliflower and green pepas

Ingredients:

200gm Cauliflower
200 gm green peas
ginger 1tbsp
garlic 1tbsp
2 green chillies
salt per taste
coriander
1 onion
1 tomato
oil for saute
1/2 tbsp turmeric

Method:
1) Heat oil in pan and add chopped tomato and onions
2) Once onions are golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste
3) add Cauliflower and green peas 
4) Add turmeric, green chillies and salt.
5) add some water and cook until green peas are cooked.

Bombay Duck Fry

Bombay Duck fry

Ingredients:
1) Bombay duck fish 5
2)Turmeric half tbsp
3) garam masala half tbsp
4) 2tbsp wheat flour
5) 2 tbsp rice flour
6) oil for frying
7) salt to taste

method:
1) mix fish and all ingredients except wheat flour and rice flour and marinate for 2 hours
2) mix wheat flour and rice flour in a bowl
3) heat oil in wok and wait until medium hot
4) dip fish in mixed flour and release in wok for frying
5) cook until fish is cooked for about 5-10 minutes and serve hot.
